In an industry increasingly shaped by AI-generated imagery, the Italian illustration association Illustri needed to stand for something clear: art made by human hands. For their 2026 Illustration Awards I art directed and designed a visual identity built from analogue materials and handmade-felt illustrations.

For each of the award’s category I designed an illustration. Singularly, they depict what the category is about with light-hearted tone, together they constitute a cohesive system that sends back to the handmade core concept.
